The Alliance is made up of its members, the coordination team and the Executive Board (two-year term). Activities are carried out through the voluntary work of its members, under the strategic guidance of the Alliance’s coordination team and Executive Board.

The principles of governance are important pillars that guide the association:

Promote the broad and permanent participation of all members in the construction of the Alliance’s decisions.

Dialogue and work on the basis of heterogeneous opinions, with the utmost respect, building a unified voice.

03.

Focus on building consensus and/or agreements on the themes and positions that will be presented and disseminated externally.

The Alliance also carries out strong articulation and networking, dialoguing with different actors within the carbon market ecosystem, such as financing institutions, certifiers, commercialization intermediaries, associations, public authorities, audits, communities and landowners.
